These terms apply to the use of this website and to services provided by Air-O-Service, unless a signed contract or work order states otherwise.
Website content
Content on this website, including technical articles in the Knowledge Centre, is provided for general guidance. It is not a substitute for a site-specific engineering assessment. System selection, capacity and design must be confirmed for your actual conditions before any purchase or installation decision.
Quotations and scope
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on the document and are based on the site conditions and information available at the time of assessment.
- Work outside the written scope, including concealed conditions discovered during execution, will be quoted separately before proceeding.
- Equipment availability, lead times and OEM pricing are subject to change beyond our control.
Site access and client responsibilities
- Safe, timely access to the work area, along with power, water and statutory permissions where applicable, is the client's responsibility.
- Delays caused by restricted access, other agencies at site, or pending approvals may affect the agreed schedule.
AMC engagements
Annual maintenance contracts cover the equipment listed in the schedule attached to the contract. Comprehensive and non-comprehensive coverage differ in the treatment of spares and major components, as set out in the contract.
Consumables, refrigerant top-ups beyond stated limits, damage due to misuse, power abnormalities, water quality issues or third-party interference are excluded unless expressly included.
Warranty
Workmanship warranty applies for the period stated in the work order. Equipment warranty is provided by the respective manufacturer and is governed by their terms. Warranty is void where unauthorised parties have serviced or modified the installation.
Payments
Payments follow the milestones stated in the accepted quotation or work order. Taxes are charged as applicable under Indian law.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the relevant work order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business or production, except where mandated by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
